Vincent Tay came promptly as advised. His service was excellent and did a very clean and efficient job of replacing my leaking toilet pump and gave me advice on how to ensure that the toilet pump can last longer. He fixed my loose toilet seat without me asking him to do it and without charge. The charge for a new toilet pump and excellent workmanship were very reasonable. Thank you Nile Plumbing and Vincent.

Spoken to Vincent over phone on our sink issue, but didn't manage to engage his service as the issue is not within his service range. He is a rare gem in that even though he didn't take up my case, he still patiently analyse the possible causes and what are the solutions I can consider. Thanks Vincent for your advice and thank you very much for saving my cost from engaging a plumber for site inspection (probably only to be told that there is nothing they can do but nontheless have to incur their transportation cost for inspection). Once again, thank you for your kindness, helpfulness and upright character.

Vincent arrived within 1 hour of engaging him and is very friendly and professional. He explained everything well and really did his best to solve our clogging problems. After that he also gave us tips on how to do proper maintaining of the plumbing system. We were very impressed with his professionalism. We will definitely engage Vincent and Nile Plumbing again and recommend to all our friends!

Extremely glad that we were referred to Vincent Tay of Nile Plumbing by PlumberMeng. Vincent was punctual, friendly, highly professional and was able to solve our toilet's choking situation during the 1st session. But, Vincent suspected that there may be further chokage and advised us to grant him the permission to dismantle the bowl so he could check the pan collar. But we [the customers] were lazy-reluctant as there would be a lot of clean up & declined his suggestion. Boy, did we regret it as Vincent was absolutely right. After a day, the chokage was back & Vincent came over to rescue us! He dismantled the bowl & found a plastic clothe peg locked in the pan collar [see pix], as he originally suspected as the cause of the reflux & slow flow. He replaced the pan collar with a brand new one, cleaned up & resealed it securely and professionally. Vincent also gave us a discount during his 2nd visit. Thank you again, Vincent. Very grateful for solving our problem. Your professionalism, tips & help are truly impactful.

I did not use Vincent's service, but after texting him information about the fix I needed, he called me back within the minute to talk me through the situation. This up-standing repairman in fact advised me to seek out another contact to get the repairs done. I'm surprised by what he did, but quite impressed by his professionalism. He had experiences working with the problems I had inquired about, and he was very professional about not taking on a job he could not complete confidently. Vincent has my vote for being a top professional and excellent plumber. 10/10 will contact him again if I have another repair job.

Had a shower mixer tap leaking issue. Looked online for reliable plumber and came across Vincent’s page. Contacted Vincent and he made arrangements to drop by within the hour on a Sunday. Entire process took less than 30 mins and the issue was resolved. Throughout the entire process, Vincent was very professional and knowledgeable. He will be my go to plumber for all my plumbing related issues in future!

I googled for a plumber who can clear my kitchen drainage choke. Vincent Tay called me within 10 min - at 8.30am! He apologised for sounding young and explained this is a family business and he has been helping out since 12yo. He modified his own grease suction machine and cleared my choke in 30 minutes - I am a homechef, heavy asian zichar, stir fry so.... quite a bit of oil accumulated over 1.5 years. I strongly recommend him. His charges may sound higher than others but his expertise + his machine and tools place his work at 6 stars. Bigger plus is they are BCA certified plumber. I would definitely continue to engage Vincent.
