Needed my parents’ toilet flush fixed and found Nile Plumbing on Google. From the first day since I reached out to the number on Whatsapp, Vincent has been very prompt with replies with all my enquiries. Toilet bowl and all the floor trap choked and overflowing. I contacted vincent at 5+am and he replied me very soon at nearing 7. He was very transparent in the pricing and don't over promise without delivering. He came down soon and managed to resolve the issue without removing my wall hanged toilet bowl even though my floor trap is much smaller than usual standard thus making the process very difficult. He was very determined and not adverse to challenges at all. On top of it, he don't just do a trial and error to resolve. He really studied the pipes to get to the fundamental logic of why clogging occurs unlike others I have come across. He is empathetic in your situation and will explain deeply why it happen and how to avoid it from happening again. I will definitely hire him again if needed. Highly recommended to everyone.

Good, honest plumbing work. I came across them when searching for plumbers and was quite surprised by the number of good reviews given how many plumbing companies have the scariest 1 star reviews I’ve heard. Vincent was able to come same day I called to fix our pipe for our new washing machine and did not charge beyond the quote he gave us on the phone, even though there was much more work needed to be done for the pipes then he expected. He cleaned up some old black mold for us and explained very clearly what he did, why he did it, and what to keep in mind for the future. Also, they provide 30 day warranty for any issues! Very appreciated and will definitely recommend + hire again in the future if needed! Thanks again for your services 🙂

Vincent did an exceptional job at unclogging the drains. We called him at 2:15 am and he arrived less than an hour later.
