Needed my parents’ toilet flush fixed and found Nile Plumbing on Google. From the first day since I reached out to the number on Whatsapp, Vincent has been very prompt with replies with all my enquiries. We asked a few places and decided to engage him, which turns out to be a great decision. Vincent turned up within the allocated time slot and was very meticulous and detailed fixing the toilet flush, ensuring nothing was leaking, our toilet floor was clean and everything was in good order before he left. He is very knowledgeable with maintenance  tips, responsible and friendly too. Appreciate the small thoughts when he ensured the height of the dual flush was right and higher so it’s easier for my parents to flush the toilet in the dark. Today I called nile plumbing to fix my broken kitchen sink trap tunnel line . I message Mr.vincent around 10 am and he responded to me with a clear quote and time yo visit my place to fix it. He was very professional.  He was very polite and hardworking . He handled the situation so well and fix and change all to new parts and he suggested alot of other loopholes he found in my kitchen and he recommended me and to my mum to repair it ASAP in future. He was sharing alot of past experiences and give us some ideas on our sources/service/materials to look out for other problem in my kitchen.  My mum was very impressed with his job and his down to earth humbled behaviour . He even offered to clean up the leaking kitchen sink place and dispose the materials.  He quoted us a very affordable and reasonable rate. I am definately a satisfied customer from nile services  rendered by Mr. Vincent. Thank you . Toilet bowl and all the floor trap choked and overflowing. I contacted vincent at 5+am and he replied me very soon at nearing 7. He was very transparent in the pricing and don't over promise without delivering. He came down soon and managed to resolve the issue without removing my wall hanged toilet bowl even though my floor trap is much smaller than usual standard thus making the process very difficult. He was very determined and not adverse to challenges at all. On top of it, he don't just do a trial and error to resolve. He really studied the pipes to get to the fundamental logic of why clogging occurs unlike others I have come across. He is empathetic in your situation and will explain deeply why it happen and how to avoid it from happening again. I will definitely hire him again if needed. Good, honest plumbing work. I came across them when searching for plumbers and was quite surprised by the number of good reviews given how many plumbing companies have the scariest 1 star reviews I’ve heard. Vincent was able to come same day I called to fix our pipe for our new washing machine and did not charge beyond the quote he gave us on the phone, even though there was much more work needed to be done for the pipes then he expected. He cleaned up some old black mold for us and explained very clearly what he did, why he did it, and what to keep in mind for the future. Also, they provide 30 day warranty for any issues!
